Many of our products are handmade, custom-made, and made-to-order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, placement, materials, and design may occur and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required in full before an order enters production. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Processing & Shipping

Processing times are listed on our website and may vary depending on order volume, product type, holidays, and other factors.

Estimated delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, weather-related delays, or carrier-related issues.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once production has begun.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, cancellation requests may be denied at our discretion.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless required by law.

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. Any resolution will be determined at our discretion.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us directly regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be challenged using order records, shipping confirmations, tracking information, delivery confirmations, customer communications, and any other evidence available.
